Joanna Siemieniuk first joined Dellner Poland as a Marketing Specialist, before being promoted to Marketing and Sales Manager, After Sales Division Manager and now President & Managing Director of DPL.

Fredrik Hedh had been working in the same manufacturing company for 14 years when he decided that he needed a change, which is why he joined Dellner Couplers in 2011 as a Development Engineer.

Jeron Cain started working his way through University in the shipping/receiving department. Just before graduation day, he was offered a full-time position assisting the local Project Manager and now more than 15 years later, Jeron is President at Dellner, Inc in Charlotte, North Carolina.
“My journey is one that has been filled with a great deal of opportunities for growth as well as exciting challenges within the growing passenger rail industry. During my time at Dellner I have had the privilege to work as our North American Project Manager, Production Manager and as our Global Quality/Customer Service Manager in Falun, Sweden. All of these opportunities have allowed for me to gain a tremendous amount of experience working for a unique company, in a growing industry.”
Wojciech Truszkowski began working at Dellner Couplers Poland nine years ago as an Assembler in the factory workshop, and has since worked as a Test Technician and a Customer Service Engineer. He now holds the role of Field work and CS Back Office Manager in Dellner Couplers in Sweden.

Anna Enochsson first joined the company in 2007 as a Mechanical Engineer after obtaining her Master’s degree in Product Development and Modularization. After five years with Dellner Couplers, she decided to spread her wings and joined a consultant company. “But I always stayed in touch with Dellner and after two years I re-joined. The positive energy, close management, strong future outlook and wonderful colleagues made my decision to come back easy! It really felt like ‘coming home’ – a cliché but true!” Anna is now a Global Sales Engineer Manager at Dellner.

Callum Dolman moved to Sweden from his native Australia in 2013 and is currently Corporate Legal Advisor for Dellner Couplers.
